From arrival to departure, the Guest Consultant manages our guests’ experience at The Lenox. Their main focus is to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel, assist the guests’ with their check in and check out of their guestroom, provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and juggle the ongoing activity in the hotel lobby. It is necessary to anticipate and ensure that all guest’s needs are met, elevating each stay from good to great. A full time Guest Consultant will promote an energetic lobby atmosphere and make every guest feel as if they are in their home away from home.
- Must have excellent oral and written command of the English language
- Required to stand for up to six (6) hours at a time
- Flexible and variable work schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Some college preferred
- At least one (1) year of experience preferred

The Server role is not just to take orders, but to create an experience. Our galley style dining room has energy, and our servers translate that into an enthusiasm to serve our guests. Our Bistro serves, lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekends. Servers with one years’ experience desired, and a flexible schedule is a must.
Candidates with availability to work Sunday and Monday nights, in addition to other shifts during the week are encouraged to apply.

Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, a neighborhood gem along one of Boston’s most coveted streets, is hiring a Bistro Supervisor. Bistro, by definition, is unpretentious, local and inviting. Our culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local foods with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. The 90+ seat restaurant also offers a number of private functions with our rooftop terrace. If you love creating amazing cocktails, then the Bartender job is for you! Work closely with the Bistros Head Chef on mastering the perfect beverage pairing for every meal. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro works with local ingredients, and is looking for an outgoing, high energy, genuine, and personable Bartender to craft sensational drinks to pair with our award winning menu. A great Bartender will create a relaxing and fun atmosphere for guests, whether they are here to dine or stopping by for a cocktail. The intimate surroundings and exemplary service of the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro will keep locals coming back for more.Requirements:
At least 1 year of Restaurant experience
