Line Cook – Full Time

The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, a neighborhood gem along one of Boston’s most coveted streets, is hiring a Server. Bistro, by definition, is unpretentious, local, and inviting. Our culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local foods with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. The 90+ seat restaurant also offers a number of private functions with our rooftop terrace. Our philosophy is that our guests’ experience will never exceed the experience of our employees, and therefore we are looking for people who can positively contribute to our team.

The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to assist in making our Chef’s creations come to life. They will work hard as a team to make sure every plate sings. Our culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local foods with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. From dicing vegetables, to plating a dish, every step should be done with precision and care. With an ever changing menu of fresh, seasonal ingredients, it is important to be creative and willing to experiment. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a high energy, fast paced environment as part of a team. Candidates with the availability to work Thursday through Sunday evenings are encouraged to apply.

Garde Manger/Line Cook – Full Time

Food Runner/Busser – Full Time

The Back Waiter position is to assist the server’s in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Back Waiter will bus and clean tables once guests have finished their meals, set tables for future guests, and assist in running food from the kitchen up to the dining floor. It is important for the Back Waiter to keep the flow from the kitchen to the dining room subtle and seamless, in an effort to create a home away from home experience for our guests.
