The Lenox Hotel

Guest Service Agent – Full Time

From arrival to departure, the Guest Consultant manages our guest’s experience at The Lenox. Their main focus is to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel, assist the guests with check-in and check-out of their guestroom, provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and juggle the ongoing activity in the hotel lobby. It is necessary to anticipate and ensure that all needs of our guests are exceeded, elevating each stay from good to great. A full time Guest Consultant will promote an energetic lobby atmosphere and make every guest feel as if they are in their home away from home.

Comfort Inn & Suites

Guest Service Agent – Full Time

The Guest Service Agent manages our guests’ experience at the hotel.  The main focus is to provide a warm friendly welcome to the hotel, assist the guests’ with information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and ensure that our guests’ needs are met after a long day of work or play. It is then important to kick start a new day with an upbeat attitude and bright smile. Guest Service Agents are responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, assist with reservations, concierge duties, answer phone inquires and assist with airport shuttle dispatch.  Guest Service Agents must have a flexible availability, the ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time, and the ability to communicate in English both oral and written.

Room Attendant – Part Time

The Comfort Inn and Suites is looking for a Room Attendant, able to attend to our guest rooms with enthusiasm and an attention to detail. The main goal of our Housekeepers is to create a relaxing, homey, friendly, and clean environment for our guests to enjoy. Whether a guest stays for one night, or many, we want them to feel like they are home. A great housekeeper will be able to provide a personal touch to a guests stay while constantly working to improve the guest’s entire experience.
