Guest Service Agent – Full Time

With an unparalleled location and level of guest service, The Lenox is Boston’s original boutique hotel.  As a guest service agent, your high level of attention to detail and friendly attitude will serve as the backbone of the hotel’s operation.

Sales Manager – Full Time

The Lenox Hotel is excited to expand its sales force by adding a Sales Manager to the team!  The Sales Manager’s goals are to enhance top-line revenues by maintaining the hotel’s existing corporate accounts, and by establishing new relationships with companies and organizations that will complement our revenue strategies.    This unique sales position is defined as “total account”, meaning the responsibilities are not only to group bookings, but also negotiate the transient and catering needs of the account.

Human Resources Manager – Full Time

The Lenox Hotel is excited to expand its human resources department by adding a Human Resources Manager to the team!  A Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the professional wellbeing of each and every member of the team.  Being approachable, and having a genuine care and concern for your fellow team members are essential keys to success.  The Human Resources Manager will often handle sensitive information, therefore maintaining confidentiality is of the utmost importance.

Room Attendant – Full Time

The Lenox Hotel is looking for an energetic and professional Room Attendant to attend to our guest rooms with genuine care and attention to detail. The goal of this unionized position is to create a relaxing, sophisticated, friendly, and clean environment for our guests to enjoy. Room Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness of our guest room bathrooms, floors, and bedroom. A clean house is paramount to our guests’ experience, so Room Attendants are essential to our team’s success.

Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro

Back Waiter – Full Time

Be part of an exciting team passionate about guest service and serving delicious food in the heart of Boston’s Beacon Hill.  Hours must be flexible as we are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  As a back waiter, a high a drive for efficiency is highly valued.  Bi-lingual a plus.

Server – Full Time

Be part of an exciting team passionate about guest service and serving delicious food in the heart of Boston’s Beacon Hill. Our Servers are able to provide our diners with an amazing dining experience, with an attention to detail that will rival every other Boston eatery.  Servers’ responsibilities include; knowing the menu and beverage list, being able to recite any daily specials, attentiveness to every table at the beginning, during, and end of each meal, entering orders correctly and providing outstanding overall customer service.  An energetic disposition and experience in upscale dining is desired.  Bi-lingual a plus.

Line Cook – Full Time

Be part of an exciting team passionate about guest service and serving delicious food in the heart of Boston’s Beacon Hill.  Hours must be flexible as we are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  As a line cook, you will assist the executive chef in preparing & cooking meals to ensure that our guests’ experiences are seamless & delicious.  Bi-lingual a plus.
